Couleurs de l'automne

Juste un petit essai de style, pour le plaisir...
C'est en rentrant chez moi l'autre soir que j'ai été ébahie devant les fourrures rosées des arbres, se balançant au milieu des collines dorées... Cela m'a donné envie de les peindre ^^

Just a little style test, for the pleasure...
It's when coming back home the other evening, that I have been amazed in front of the pinkish furs of the trees, rocking in the middle of the golden hills... It made me want to paint them ^^

When the inside is bleeding, when the mind is in a maze, we wish we could just extract our heart from our body, for it is here that all the pain and dispair happen. But we may tear down its fragile layers over and over again, it seems that our feelings will always catch us back and won't give us any rest. The only thing left to do it seems, is to run. Wherever. And for as long as it's needed.

This overall interpretation found inspiration in some parts of the lyrics while the music, during the chorus, brought its touch by emphasizing a feeling of being aspirated into an endless tunnel...

En illustration publicitaire, on se retrouve parfois face à des sujets étonnants ! Comme ici, créer une double page de magazine à l'effigie du Programme National de la Nutrition et de la Santé ventant les mérites de la consommation de vitamines !
En plus, l'hiver approche et les vitamines, ça maintient en bonne santé ! (c'était la pensée sage du jour)

Illustration réalisée uniquement en papier découpé, avec réhauts au crayon de couleur sur un fond à l'acrylique. (Le logo du programme a, lui, été réalisé à la gouache)

With advertising illustration, we are sometimes facing surprising subjects ! Like here, creating a two-page for a magazine at the effigy of the Nutrition and Health National Program, praising the merits of consuming vitamins !
Besides, winter is getting closer and vitamins keep you healthy !(that was the wise thought of the day)

Illustration realised exclusively with cut out paper, with colored pencils highlights on a painted with acrylic background. (The logo of the program has been realized with gouache)

- La Belle et la Bête - part two -

 Il y a plusieurs mois, j'avais fait un article avec la partie 1 de mon projet de diplôme... Voici enfin la seconde et dernière partie !! En m'excusant pour le temps d'attente. Ci-dessus, je vous montre une autre double-page finale, avec une fois encore le texte original de Madame Leprince de Beaumont, tandis que ci-dessous, j'ai sélectionné des illustrations sans leur mise en page, et ce par ordre chronologique (de l'histoire).
J'espère donc que cela pardonne mon retard !

Several months ago, I had written an article with the part 1 of my graduation project... Here is at last the second and last part of it !! And apologizing for the waiting time. Above, I show you another final full page, with once again the original text of Madame Leprince de Beaumont, while below, I selected illustrations without their layout, and this by chronological order (of the story).
I hope then that it forgives my delay !

... Ou des lézards, question de point de vue ! Pour me remettre dans le bain après ces quelques semaines de vacances, j'avais envie de quelque chose d'assez simple et de rapide à faire... L'idée m'était venue il y a un petit moment après avoir vu une vidéo de Smosh, dans laquelle on pouvait voir, accrochées au mur du couloir, des petites toiles de Yoshi et ses oeufs... Il me les fallait !!! Alors j'ai décidé de me confectioner ces petits tableaux, avec une petite touche originale. Et le résultat est là !

The cutest of all dinosaurs... Or of lizards, matter of point of view ! In order to get back into the swing of things, I wanted something quite simple and quick to do... The idea came to me a little while ago after I saw a video by Smosh, in which we could see, hung up onto the corridor's wall, little canvases of Yoshi and his eggs... I had to have them !!! So I decided to make my own little paintings, with a little original touch. And here is the result !
